The photo was taken December 2002 on my circuit located at Duncan, BC, Canada. The "Schools" was purchased in 1978 and running continually since then. The loco has been carefully maintained but run hard at times, and repainted twice. No major overhauls though! Says a lot for this amazing model. The circuit is 137 feet long and a portion is out over a ravine.

My 1981 two truck Shay at work on Ananda Heights Railway, 2004. This loco is now 23 years old and with careful maintenance, continues to perform well, hauling eight scratch built skeleton logging cars.
